Matt Mondeau

Matt joined Lake State Land Co. in January of 2022. He is a lifelong Central Michigan resident and a 2007 Harrison High School graduate. As an avid outdoorsman from a young age Matt has always enjoyed all that our state has to offer from bow hunting in central Michigan’s rolling hardwoods to wading through countless trout streams and everything in between. Matt began to develop an interest in real estate in 2019 while searching for his own piece of pristine Michigan riverfront property, and he has been pursuing this passion ever since. The only thing Matt enjoys more than experiencing everything that the great outdoors has to offer himself is the ability to share it with others which is why working with a company with an emphasis on rural real estate was a perfect fit.
